*Sending letters to all adjacent property owners to alert them about a public hearing for a proposed overlay for the Innovation Planned District 2, which was eventually rejected due to other Trustees not willing to make recommended changes for better landscape buffering, setbacks, building height restrictions and elimination of higher density residential.
